Smoothie_PSJava Peppermint Mocha Smoothie

½ cup skim milk
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 scoop Peppermint Mocha Lean Shake 25
1 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
6-8 ice cubes

Combine ingredients in blender and process until creamy and smooth. Enjoy immediately.

Makes one serving.

Peppermint Mocha Milkshake MilkShake_PS

1 cup skim milk
6 ice milk cubes (frozen milk cubes)
2 scoops Peppermint Mocha Lean Shake 25

Place all ingredients into blender until consistency is creamy and smooth. Enjoy.

Fluffy Peppermint Mocha Mousse Mousse

1 medium banana
3.9 oz package instant sugar-free chocolate pudding
2 cups skim milk
4 scoops Peppermint Mocha Lean Shake 25
2 cups fat free, sugar free frozen whipped topping, thawed

Combine all ingredients, except whipped topping in blender or food processor and process until fully mixed. Transfer mixture to a bowl and chill until set, about 5-10 minutes. Gently fold whipped topping into pudding and serve.

Makes six ½-cup servings.

Peppermint Mocha Cookies Cookies_PS

2 cups oats
4 scoops Lean Shake 25 Peppermint Mocha
3/4c Unsweetened Applesauce (could also use banana or pumpkin)
½ c egg whites
1 Tbs. stevia (could also use honey)

Mix all ingredient together in a mixing bowl. Spray cooking pan and divide batter into 8 cookies.  Bake at 350F for 11 minutes. Check the cookies being careful not to overcook them.
