Total Lean Challenge: Week 4
Hey Challengers! It's week four of the Total Lean Challenge. As phase I of the program is coming to a close, are you happy with your efforts? Are you using the Saturday Workout tips and blog posts to help reduce soreness, spice up foods, and stay motivated? Let us know what you need to stay on track. We're here to help and want to continue to hear about your progress.
If you're struggling to find a focus for this week, find an accountability partner and commit your goals to them. Check in with them everyday to let them know what you achieved that day. It's harder to slack when you know others are counting on you to fulfill your promises. Commit and stay fit!
